工行連云港分行積極開展“三優(yōu)一先”評選活動

【連網(wǎng)】(通訊員 姚欣)日前,工商銀行連云港分行在全行組織開展先進(jìn)基層黨組織、優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員、優(yōu)秀黨組織書記和優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者的評選表彰活動,推進(jìn)“兩學(xué)一做”學(xué)習(xí)教育深入開展,營造學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)、爭當(dāng)先進(jìn)、趕超先進(jìn)的濃厚氛圍。

加強領(lǐng)導(dǎo),精心組織。工商銀行連云港分行明確各黨組織按照市行黨委要求做好評選推薦工作,堅持標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范程序、嚴(yán)格把關(guān)、認(rèn)真考察,多方面聽取意見,務(wù)求每個推薦對象都能經(jīng)得起檢驗,得到群眾認(rèn)可。

實事求是,客觀準(zhǔn)確。明確優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員和優(yōu)秀黨務(wù)工作者由各基層組織負(fù)責(zé)初次考核并推薦,先進(jìn)基層黨組織、優(yōu)秀黨組織書記主要采取市分行直接考核,初選出候選單位,進(jìn)而組織考察。明確各黨組織根據(jù)市行管理辦法要求,在對本單位的黨員和黨務(wù)工作者進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格考核的基礎(chǔ)上,向市分行推薦優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員候選人。對推薦的先進(jìn)單位和個人的事跡材料認(rèn)真核實,力求真實、準(zhǔn)確。對于材料失實的,將取消其被推薦資格,并追究有關(guān)人員的責(zé)任。

積極宣傳,營造氛圍。工商銀行連云港分行結(jié)合實際,開展黨內(nèi)表彰活動。注重利用多種方式,深入宣傳先進(jìn)典型的事跡,把組織推薦、表彰、宣傳先進(jìn)典型,作為加強黨的基層組織建設(shè)和黨員隊伍建設(shè)的過程。
