南京醫(yī)科大學康達學院基礎醫(yī)學部|端午醫(yī)韻潤童心 香囊傳情啟健康

(記者 張曉敏 通訊員 顧霞飛 王雪晴)粽葉飄香時節(jié),南京醫(yī)科大學康達學院基礎醫(yī)學部黨支部以“醫(yī)韻端午·香囊傳情”主題黨日活動為載體,將傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥文化與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學知識巧妙融合,為學生們開啟一場別開生面的健康文化之旅。

活動現(xiàn)場,寧海中心小學、濱河小學的同學們與基礎醫(yī)學部黨員教師、志愿者齊聚一堂。科普講解區(qū),黨員教師手持薄荷、艾草等鮮活中草藥,配合動態(tài)PPT演示,生動講述藥材的生長習性、功效與應用,孩子們圍坐在標本展臺前,時而湊近細聞藥材香氣,時而舉手追問養(yǎng)生秘訣,現(xiàn)場氣氛熱烈。

急救培訓區(qū)化作“生命課堂”,生命科學館的學生解說員身著白大褂,在模擬人教具前分步拆解心肺復蘇步驟,以趣味口訣講解心肺復蘇急救法要點。“雙手交疊,掌根按壓兩乳頭連線中點!”孩子們分組實操,起初按壓節(jié)奏不穩(wěn)、位置偏移,在解說員一對一指導下,逐漸掌握要領。當成功完成模擬急救時,不少同學興奮地與同伴擊掌慶祝。

手工制作區(qū)飄滿藥香,志愿者將縫制香囊分解為穿針、裁剪、填充、收口四步教學。同學們挑選心儀的艾草等中藥材,將斑斕布料折疊成香囊形狀,用彩線繡上吉祥紋樣。隨著一個個香囊成型,孩子們捧著親手制作的成果,感受傳統(tǒng)工藝與醫(yī)學智慧的奇妙碰撞。這場活動以沉浸式體驗讓傳統(tǒng)文化與醫(yī)學知識扎根童心,成為傳承創(chuàng)新路上的生動實踐。
