海州為高技術(shù)技能人才發(fā)放政府津貼


     (記者 莊婷婷 通訊員 王雅萱 孟慶碩)筆者從海州區(qū)委人才辦獲悉,為深入實施新時代人才強區(qū)戰(zhàn)略,創(chuàng)新激勵機(jī)制,加快培養(yǎng)造就一大批具有精湛技藝、素質(zhì)優(yōu)良的高技術(shù)技能人才,海州區(qū)為高技術(shù)技能人才發(fā)放政府津貼。


  發(fā)放對象為在海州區(qū)生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)企業(yè)中直接從事一線崗位工作,法定退休年齡內(nèi),且依法繳納社會保險的企業(yè)人才,經(jīng)連云港市人社局推薦或組織評審(含考試),首次獲得相應(yīng)專業(yè)技術(shù)資格、國家職業(yè)資格的人員。


  對首次獲得副高級、正高級職稱的企業(yè)人才,分別給予個人10000元、20000元政府津貼補差獎勵。對首次獲得高級工、技師、高級技師、特級技師、首席技師職業(yè)資格的企業(yè)人才,分別給予個人5000元、8000元、10000元、20000元、30000元政府津貼補差獎勵。政府津貼分3年發(fā)放。


  高技術(shù)技能人才政府津貼采取集中申領(lǐng)制。人才按要求向企業(yè)提出申請,并提交相關(guān)資料(申請表,人才身份證、獲得的專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱證書、職業(yè)資格鑒定或職業(yè)技能等級認(rèn)定專業(yè)技術(shù)證件復(fù)印件),企業(yè)審核確認(rèn)并報海州區(qū)人社局。
