東??h舉行2025年招聘會 職引未來 就在東海


(通訊員 徐培培 吳步都)近日,東??h人力資源市場熱鬧非凡,由東??h人社局與東??h退役軍人事務(wù)局聯(lián)合舉辦的2025年“職引未來  就在東?!濒吣媳睂诮涣髡衅笗e行,旨在優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境、服務(wù)企業(yè)引才、促進青年高質(zhì)量就業(yè)。


  招聘會現(xiàn)場,40家企業(yè)展位整齊排列,精心制作的招聘海報詳細羅列崗位要求、薪資待遇等信息,吸引眾多求職者駐足咨詢。崗位類別豐富多元,技術(shù)研發(fā)類有研發(fā)工程師、工藝工程師等;管理類涵蓋投資專員、市場營銷等;技能崗位包括一線生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)檢等,全方位滿足不同求職者需求。


  一位應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生求職者滿懷期待地說:“我希望能留在家鄉(xiāng)工作,方便照顧父母,助力家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展。今天有這么多優(yōu)質(zhì)崗位,很期待能找到滿意的工作?!边B云港明錦復(fù)合材料有限公司人事王子純表示:“作為本土企業(yè),我們重視吸納高校畢業(yè)生,此次帶來多個技術(shù)崗位,希望有扎實專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和創(chuàng)新精神的應(yīng)屆生加入,在東海實現(xiàn)個人價值?!?/p>


東??h勞動就業(yè)管理處黨支部副書記吳步都介紹,此次招聘會提供就業(yè)崗位1200多個,現(xiàn)場達成就業(yè)意向300余人。后續(xù),相關(guān)部門將持續(xù)跟蹤就業(yè)意向情況,為企業(yè)和畢業(yè)生提供面試、簽約等后續(xù)服務(wù),還將完善公共就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,常態(tài)化舉辦招聘會,為高校畢業(yè)生等重點群體提供持續(xù)就業(yè)服務(wù)。
